1John 4:16,17
And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

Herein is our love made perfect, (because of God's indwelling) we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
Did you get that? Because of God's indwelling..... his love is Perfected in us!! that we may have boldness in the day of judgment!!

Why? Because as He is, so are we in this world!!

When? Now that is when!! In this present age. In this world. Today if you will hear His voice Harden not your hearts But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. That you may have boldness all out-spokenness, in other words, frankness, bluntness, in the day of Judgement.

IJohn2 also has something to say about this" The anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, this love. And ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing, this love teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him, in His love.
And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, boldness all out-spokenness, and that we not be ashamed before him at his coming.
If ye know that he is righteous.... Love, ye know that every one that doeth righteousness.... loves is born of him. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast unto the end;," Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, the Gospel.... God‘s Love, any of us should seem to come short of it.
For unto us was the Gospel preached God's indwelling Love, but the word preached will not profit us, if it is not mixed with faith. 1John 2:28,29; Hebrews 3:14; 4:2

So Are we Exhorting in God's Love? Exhorting is par-ak-al-eh'-o in the Greek And it means to call near. That is to invite, or invoke (by imploration begging earnestly: to plead with somebody to do something.
hortation , urging, encouraging, or strongly advising
or consolation being a source of comfort.
Are we sharing the New covenant, The Gospel and the precious truths found in the Holy writ? Are we doing this with God's Love. A love that involves all our Heart, all our mind, and all our strength.

Heb 8:10-13 In The New Covenant God says He will put His laws..... His Love into our mind, and write them in our hearts: and He will be our God, and we shall be His people: And How does he do this By His indwelling for we are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 2cor6
Talk about getting to know someone. You can’t get much more intimate than that. Being one with someone can you.
He saith, old Covenant is vanished away. We went from, obey the Law the Love of God which was part of the old covenant to being, the Law the Love of God that is the Gospel and this all happens through faith.

So What is this faith that we walk in? Let me remind you what was shared before. In the Hebrew it is:
ay-moon'
It means established, and is translated faithful in the King James. This word is from aw-man' and aw-man'Means, to build up or support, to prop, to sustain, ; to foster as a parent or nurse; to be permanent And permanent means continuing or enduring in the same state . .... without marked change; not subject to alteration; lasting, abiding. And by the way if any of us lack this Faith let us ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not, do not ask or take the Lord God‘s name in vain living a life of sin, slandering the precious Body of Christ by your actions; and it shall be given to you.
Lets look at one more word in the Hebrew and that word is em-oo-naw' And this word literally means firmness; figuratively it speaks of security; morally fidelity. faith, stability.
Now lets look at the Greek:
pis'-tis
Is persuasion, A credence ( a mental acceptance); a conviction ( a state of being convinced. A strong persuasion or belief. And this word is from
pi'-tho To assent, Assent means to be of the same mind, to agree (to evidence or to an authority), more importantly to rely (by an inward certainty) confluent is a word I found by accident as I was studying this out and it is a flowing or coming together to form one, such as streams. But in this case the forming of one is the Body of Christ. Which is the culmination the end result of our faith.
So what is Faith? It Is a state of being convinced. Being of the same Mind, assenting. Relying by inward certainty. Being firm in our convictions. Permanent steadfast, Built Up, Fostered and Sustained by the Lord God Almighty. Being Established in Christ through Christ. Without this Faith it is impossible to Please Him. That is what Faith is to God and that is the Faith he wants us to have in and of Him. And this Faith is available to us through and as the Body of Christ. Believing and being the Love of God through God’s Love.

Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,
By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. One body, and one Spirit, even as we are called in one hope of Of His our God’s calling;
One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. Herein is our love made perfect, (because of God's indwelling) because as he is, so are we in this world.
But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh. Leading captivity captive: For Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. And if the Son shall make you free you shall be free indeed!! That the righteousness of the law, His Love might be fulfilled in us through His indwelling . Through His Love.

Heb 10:5,6 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:
In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure. These words were spoken prophetically in Psalm 40 concerning the Messiah. Interesting though. Is that, it is David who is speaking in the Psalm, and David is speaking of himself. And even more interesting is this Prophecy also speak of us. For a Body has He prepared for us and that Body is Christ.

Here is Psalms 40, isn't beautiful?

I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.

He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.

And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.

Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.

Many, O LORD my God, are thy wonderful works which thou hast done, and thy thoughts which are to us-ward: they cannot be reckoned up in order unto thee: if I would declare and speak of them, they are more than can be numbered.

Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.

Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,

I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.

I have preached righteousness in the great congregation: lo, I have not refrained my lips, O LORD, thou knowest.

I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation.

Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O LORD: let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me.

For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me.

Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make haste to help me.

Let them be ashamed and confounded together that seek after my soul to destroy it; let them be driven backward and put to shame that wish me evil.

Let them be desolate for a reward of their shame that say unto me, Aha, aha.

Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: let such as love thy salvation say continually, The LORD be magnified.

But I am poor and needy; yet the Lord thinketh upon me: thou art my help and my deliverer; make no tarrying, O my God.

God say’s in Phil 2:2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.
Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: love one another, as He have loved you.
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15
Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised; )
And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweetsmelling savour. Give yourself as an offering. A Sacrifice.... your Life for the World. That sacrifice that is sweet-smelling to our Father God. That He will savour for all eternity.

The Gospel

Atonement.... thee At one ment, is Katallage in the Greek. And this word means an exchange or an adjustment. Katallage is from the root word katallasso, which is commonly translated reconcile or reconciliation. Katallasso is a compound word, which in it's simplest most direct translation means down the difference. ” and since we were the ones that needed to be different, Romans 8;2 tell us that God sent His son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in his flesh. Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls. Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself. Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. 1Cor5:17-19;1Peter2 and 1John 4:17

This is the fulfillment of the prophecy concerning the Messiah as written in Isaiah 53:4-6 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Are we healed? Have we accepted His condemning our sin in His flesh, His downing the difference.

1John 3 and Hebrews 9 tells us He was manifested to take away our sin. Jesus Christ who through the eternal spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge (cleansed, purified) our conscience(inward man, who we are) from dead works ( sin, acts that lead to death)to serve the living God. That the righteousness of the law be fulfilled in us by his indwelling spirit for it is God that worketh in us both to will and do his good pleasure. Sanctified, set apart for holy use, the temple of the most high God.

Forgiveness is also an interesting word . In the Greek it is aphesis, which means freedom and this word is from the word aphiemi which means send forth.

So Gods forgiveness and atonement is a separation from sin; a sending forth; a Death to it
Which is out of love and Our Gods desire to have the most intimate relationship that He can have with us, the at one ment. And this my friends is the one and only Gospel. The point of it all the secret of our success. For we through the atonement are members of His body, of his flesh, and of His bones. Which is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the begining of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things through Christ. Of whom the whole family in heaven is named. That he has granted us according to the riches of His glory, Strengthened with might by his spirit in the inner man. Christ dwelling in our hearts by faith through His faith ; that we, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints the love of Christ, which surpasses all knowledge, that we may be filled with all the fullness of God.

Lets talk about Confess or confession as in 1John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, and Romans 10:9, 10 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Confess or confession is translated from the Greek word homologeo which is a compound word from homou which means same and logos which means something said including thought, reasoning, motive. Put the 2 together you get homologeo which would mean assent. Assent is defined as a mental concurrence or an agreement. So in other words, to be same minded, same thought, same reasoning and same motive. Now this Kind of sounds like repentance does it not. Do you Know why? Because it is. Our confession is an acknowledgement of our assenting to the Wisdom and Understanding of the Lord. Turning from our old ways. Repenting.
One word for Repent in the Hebrew is nacham and it means , to sigh, i.e. breathe strongly
Another one is nocham and it is from 'nacham' and means ruefulness, A feeling or showing sorrow or pity; mournful A feeling or showing regret which causes a . desistance. A ceasing from an activity.
And then we have shoob which just happens to be the most understood meaning for repentance and this is to turn back. Lets consider one more and that word is from the Greek and it is met-an-o-eh'-o to think differently or afterwards, i.e. reconsider -repent.
So if we put it all together we have Gods Idea of repentance which is A thinking that is different which causes an emotional outcry making you cease from what ever it is God intended you to repent of.

Do you see how closely these words are knitted together. Coincidence? I think not! For our God is very purposeful. .

The Scriptures say in John 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
Worship is pros-koo-neh'-o in the Greek

It Comes from a word that Means to kiss. Like a dog licking his master's hand. It means To fawn, showing enthusiastic affection.
To crouch bend down low
Prostrate oneself in homage. Do reverence to. To show Feelings of deep respect or Devotion.
So what is devotion? It is Deep love and commitment. It is Being greatly dedicated and loyal. It is Strong enthusiasm and admiration for somebody or something. It is Religious fervor: ardent, shining or glowing brightly in your worship. Extremely passionate enthusiasm. On Fire. Are we on fire when we come here to worship? For we have been made a peculiar people, we are to be zealous. Being redeemed from all iniquity. These things we are to speak, exhort, and with all authority. For we are On fire for the Lord... Boiling over with His Righteousness.
These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee. Titus 2: 13-15

Worship is also lat-ryoo'-o in the Greek

And this word comes from a word that means; A hired menial laborer a Servant, an employee. Now mind you the word menial implies work that requires little skill or training, and confers low social status on somebody doing it. Psalms 51:16-17 Says God Desirest not sacrifice; He delightest not in burnt offering. Which due to the hardness of our hearts the Old worship service centered around. Though it was not intended to be so. Or God would not have Said in verse 17,
The sacrifices of Me are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart. A heart filled with deep sorrow for having behaved wrongly. Not that we are continuing in sin God forbid for we that have been made dead to sin cannot live any longer therein. But that we have sinned. This is how we are to come to the Lord in service. The lowly social status we are in that requires little or no training.
Of this Our God, wilt not despise. And we Know it
We are here as Lowly ministers to and for God. With deep respect and devotion. Deeply Loving our Lord. With Enthusiastic admiration.

Psalms 95:1-7; 1 Cor 14:15; John 4:23; Eph 5:19-20 say: O come, let us sing, unto the LORD: we will sing with the spirit, and we will sing with understanding. For God desirest us to worship Him in Spirit and in truth. Let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Speaking to ourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in our heart to the Lord; Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;
Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.
For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.
In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also.
The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land.
O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker.
For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand.
But without faith it is impossible to please God and that is why we are here to please Our Lord : for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. For We walk by faith, not by sight. Heb 11:6, 2Cor 5:7
So What is this faith that we walk in? In the Hebrew it is:
ay-moon'
It means established, and is translated faithful in the King James. This word is from aw-man' and aw-man' Means, to build up or support, to prop, to sustain, ; to foster as a parent or nurse; to be permanent And permanent means continuing or enduring in the same state . .... without marked change; not subject to alteration; lasting, abiding. Nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways. James1:6-8

Permanent steadfast, Built Up, Fostered and Sustained by the word of God. Established. That is what Faith is to God and that is the Faith he wants us to have in and of Him.

So Is this our faith.... is it the faith we have? Are we convinced, of the same mind, assenting. Are we firm in our convictions. Fostered and sustained by the word of God. For It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God doth man live. So how we Living? Are we living by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God? Or we just Living?

Lets look at some other Bible text shall we. In the King James Version one verse, Heb 11:1 describes faith as,
“The substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

Now I must be honest this verse had never set well with me and the problem I had with it was basically due to my understanding of faith as God had shared it with me in His Holy Word. And that understanding is as I had shared. Faith Is a state of being convinced that God is, And is Truth. This faith means Being in the same Mindset, wanting and desiring His will. Relying on the Lord.... for everything. Being firm in His our convictions. Permanently steadfast, We are Built Up, Fostered and Sustained by the Lord God Almighty. Being Established in Christ through Christ. Without this Faith it is impossible to Please Him.

So what was my issue that I had in Hebrews 11:1. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Well I will tell you. The verse did not seem very faithful to my understanding of faith and why was that? That little word hope. Hope for me has always been, wishful thinking. With Uncertainty. Such as I hope I get a bicycle for Christmas. Or I hope I get an A on my spelling test. Or better yet after I got in trouble in School or at home I did a lot of hoping my dad didn’t fan my backside when he got home. Sadly I must admit I didn’t have much confidence in my hoping. But plenty a sore night a sitting. If you know what I mean.

So with my dilemma; this understanding that I had of hope. I decided to look it up. And guess what I found. Webster’s Defines hope as a desire with expectation of obtaining it. In other words a desire you expect to get. Boy was I off. And happy to be so. As I looked further though. I found that Hope is el-pid'-zo in the Greek and it means to expect, to trust, to commit. And El-pid'-zo is from el-pece' which is from another word elpo (to anticipate, usually with pleasure); an expectation.

So to have Hope is to have an Pleasurably anticipated desired expectation..... Amen? Now our Pleasurably anticipated desired expectation Substance.... its support or foundation as the Greek word hoop-os'-tas-is implies. Is our Faith; our being convinced by Gods Holy Word . Being of the same Mind, assenting to the Sacred Script that still small voice. Relying by inward certainty that Gods Word is true. Being firm in this conviction. Steadfast in His Word, Built Up, Fostered and Sustained by God. Established. That is what Faith is and this Faith is the foundation of our Hope and our Worship.

Heb 10:38,says, “The just shall live by this faith of God: So with that being said I ask again How we living? Are we drawing back as verse 39 asks, stalling out under the weight of this world. If so, God says,“ my soul shall have no pleasure in him.”

But we are not of them who draw back(those who are stalling out) unto perdition (punishment) Are we; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. Amen?

Rev 14:12 has some important information for those who wish to Live by Gods’ faith.
Rev 14:12 says, “Here is the patience (the cheerful, hopeful endurance), of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.”

Other than our patience being cheerful, hopeful endurance. We keep the commandments of Our Great God Of Heaven and the faith of Jesus.

Keep is tay-reh'-o in the Greek and is from another Greek word which is teros Which means to watch to guard from loss or injury, by keeping the eye upon. So tay-reh'-o means to hold fast, keep, preserve reserve, watch.

The Commandments being written and put in our hearts and in our minds. To love the Lord our God with our hearts and all our Minds and all our Being and to love our neighbor the same. This We our to Keep after, preserve watch over and protect, prevent from loss and injury. This Faith that has been given too us in Christ which is of God.

Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. To Please our God diligently is to gratify Him. To make Him our Lord feel pleased, satisfied completely. To be of the same heart and mind. This acceptable well pleasing to Our Lord, Our God. Our reasonable and just service. This why we exist and are Here today.

For the hour has come and now is. We have been enabled to be true worshippers of our God through the Gospel. To worship our God in His Truth and in His Spirit through His Faith In the Body of Christ. Nothing wavering. For this is what God desires. And what God wants is what God Gets. Believe it!!!!!
